Faculty Sharon Kim is a school member and the director of innovation and human-centered design at the Carey Business School. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University. Kim has experience in the psychology of creativity. Her educational analysis has been featured in in style media shops together with Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, and Fast Company.
